This may be one reason I like it. I find dijon blends too salty-tasting, for some reason, although a good horseradish mustard on roast beef is hard to beat.
And, well, when it comes to condiments, I confess to preferring catsup/chili sauce to mustard...although not on turkey/ww.
Horseradish, yes, especially -with- Dijon. However my favorite mustard is Inglehofer's Stone Ground Mustard which is dark like Dijon but has mustard seeds that explode gently on one's tongue with each bite. Mmmmm.
