Date: 2005-07-16 06:11 am (UTC)Horseradish, yes, especially -with- Dijon. However my favorite mustard is Inglehofer's Stone Ground Mustard which is dark like Dijon but has mustard seeds that explode gently on one's tongue with each bite. Mmmmm.
