How on Earth did you accomplish that, given their 1970's era reg process?
Sorry I won't see you there, but I resent being referred to as a "coastal elite", and don't particularly want to spend my time at a Con run by a committee that thinks that way about me.
I'm willing to risk it. WFC is my favorite convention, and likely my best/only shot this year at seeing arcaedia and my editor. If the con itself is a bust, there are still friends and the hotel bar. Those are the best parts of any con for me anyway.
