I just like Eowyn a lot. My favorite character after Sam. Maybe they're neck and neck now.

I need to get the Director's cut to see if there are scenes with her and Faramir, because they just hint at a relationship and if anyone deserved a nice, long falling in love scene, it was Eowyn.

Yes, get the extended versions. They are so much richer and stronger. Make more sense, too.

And yes, Eowyn and Faramir get more screen time.

No long falling in love scene, unfortunately. The extended version does about what was done in the book. Though I strongly advise watching the extended versions. Much better.

Eowyn and Sam are my two favorites as well.
