Ponder evening snack. Find oneself craving a peanut butter and jam sandwich and a glass of milk. Takes same.

I also yawn when I write about a character yawning. I yawn when I think about writing about a character yawning.

I yawn when I think about yawning.

I find myself grinning when my characters are extremely pleased about something, or my eyebrows shooting up when my characters are surprised or giving someone The Look. I've caught myself wrinkling my nose, rolling my shoulders, all sorts of things.

Which leads me to wonder-- who's leading whom here?!
