It's "artisan bread", not "artesian bread".

Artesian comes up first in the spell-chucker, and thus was elected, I bet. I suggest this because I was involved in setting up a "Fresh Menu Every Day" system for a local restaurant... and found that harried morning staff were far too eager to accept the computer dictionary's first suggestion...
