Saturday in the kitchen

The result, a little less than half a liter of very concentrated pesto, which also contains toasted pine nuts and walnuts, parmesan, zest of a large lemon (along with EVOO and salt). I will have some for dinner tonight on leftover herbed pork t-loin. Maybe spread some on bread with a little sliced tomato...
