We had an air temp of -2F last night, and a wind chill advisory because of dips to -25F. We could still hit single digits tonight, but a heat wave rolls through tomorrow with temps in the 20s and possibility of snow.
After that, we have a week of gradual warming, with predictions of 50F and rain on Thursday.
Okay, we need to get together some time and watch some classic 30s-50s comedy. Burns and Allen, Abbot and Costello, Uncle Milty.
The proper response to "So, how cold is it?" usually begins with "Well, it's so cold that... " and finishes with something like "... Nanook of the North is wearing battery powered socks."
Seriously, you writers need to get better writers (grin).
