I have a gas grill outside. That's where I cook bacon. Just set it on low in your usual pan and turn frequently.

No gas grill here. Charcoal only.

I made it in the oven on a grill pan, which was the reason for all the smoke, I think. I probably should have just made it atop the stove in a frypan.

This is a problem how??? Bacon cooking being one of the Great Fragrances (ditto bread baking, sausage frying...)

It did smell good for a time, but for me it's like italian food. I love the aroma when I'm hungry. When I'm full, not so much.

It's still around somewhat.

Great Aromas for me include bread toasting, anything with cinnamon baking, and coffee brewing.
