I love fireflies.

If I view the backyard from a certain angle, I can see the birdbath garden with the small crabapples leafed out and fruiting and the astilbes beneath all blooming--red, pink, and white bottle brush flowers--backed by the one neighbor's wood plank fence. The fireflies lighting up against all that wood and green and color are just so pretty.
