Can anyone recommend a nice brand of vinegar for use in salad dressings?

Trader Joe's is pretty good in a dressing. And it's fairly cheap.

I know there are Trader Joe's in northern Illinois, but I think the one nearest me is still a healthy drive. I wish there was one closer.
