I also like America's Test Kitchen on PBS.

Iron Chef America is about the only one I catch with an regularity. I have the hots for (The Crow) Mark, the Chairman's nephew. And it's fun watching them work. Batalli has such -fun-.

May I suggest you do not watch it at night. I subject myself to it at night and am always sorry for doing so. I end up craving whatever they have on.

Everyday Italian is one of my favorites as well.
