Just heard that the Borders on Michigan Ave is closing--waiting for the story on the news.

Update: the store will close early next year. About 100 employees will be affected.

Borders is trimming stores all over. (a few closures, and changing what others carry - My wife's store is losing CDs & DVDs and getting more stationary and misc "stuff".)
