Was so engrossed in Narnia that I didn't check to see when the Hawks were playing. They were on at the same time, and beat the Sharks.

I'm not at all sorry that I watched Narnia instead, but I could have popped back and forth during commercial breaks.

I thought of you while I was watching. It was a great game... if you were a Hawks fan. *g* Seriously, they played really really well and made the Sharks look utterly inept. Given how the Sharks have been playing this year, that's no small feat. Hell, even the Sharks announcers had nothing but praise for how well the Hawks played last night.

ETA: Would you like me to see if one of my friends taped a copy? Or have you not hit that stage of hockey fandom yet? *g*

Although with typical Chicago sports fan luck, their play would go downhill right afterwards.

Hey, I feel like I almost exist in this sports universe for once! My study-buddy in Greek has a best friend whose grandmother has season tickets at the Shark-Tank. I heard during our study group tonight that the Sharks lost. I didn't know to whom ... but at least I know where two major hockey teams are from and have now been aware when they played each other. (Yes, I know I'm a little pathetic, but I felt like being honest about it.)
