Another sign of autumn

Got my flu shot today. This one hurt more than the last few, but it's easing up now.

Bit of Indian summer today and tomorrow. Temps in the 70s. Then the bottom drops out over the weekend, with 30s possible, along with snow flurries.

I got lucky this year and the flu shot arm was only slightly sore and I haven't gotten sick at all. Been sleeping more, though, I think while my body makes the useful little antibodies. (Antigens? The anti-flu fighters.)

Seemed like a good year to get one somehow.

I fell asleep on the arm where I got the shot and the pain woke me up. This has never happened.

I wonder if this year's bug is particularly nasty...
