Ears are closed up. I have grocery shopping and laundry to do. The two healthiest tomato plants each have multiple buds. No apparent leaks in the basement. The house is still on its foundation.

FWIW, the NYC flights were the ones that were delayed. They made an announcement at DIA to that effect. I think it was an air traffic controller delay. No clue what was going on.
