Sometime during the morning, while I was at work, Mickey horked up on his bed. It was mostly water, but it was still hork and after a while...I decided I needed to wash the bed cover. So I pulled out the bolster stuffing and the pad and took the cover downstairs to wash. In the interim, I brought Mickey's office bed out to the living room to tide him over.

As you can see, he prefers the other bed, even sans cover.

A photo of sleeping puppies. Mickey's tum was shaved for the ultrasound.

House of dogs...love it!

It's his bed, though, and he's going to stick with it...probably feels about it the way I feel about mine. Yes, the mattress is old and has some dips...but they're *my* dips.

I just reassembled the bed--the cover was still a little damp, but I felt like a criminal for having taken it away. Got a bit of a dirty look from Mickey when he lay down on it, I think because I didn't restuff the cushion just right.

I sprayed the inside of the bed with an odor killer. Smells like it worked--the living room no longer smells like wet dog feet.

Good puppies :)

Everytime I wash the dog bed covers my two give me dirty looks too. And then have to circle around on them about ten million times to get all the lumps back in the right places. It might be time to replace them, they're rather flat, but I just keep buying new stuffing because I don't want to even consider the looks they'd give me then :D
