While it is hard to say that anyone knows latin fluently (it is a dead language except on the pharmacy shelves) this might help.

The town in the wip has a motto. I tried to use an online translator to translate, but one of the words didn't and the translator doesn't do context. Then there's the matter of verb forms and such.
