novel_mom and friends at Casa de Lara. Met with a nice lady from NIU who is interested in archiving SF authors' papers--I was pleasantly surprised to be approached, and may have found a home for all those CE'd manuscripts.

Puttered. Dinner with

novel_mom and her friend I-have-no-memory-for-names-but-a-very-nice-lady. No programming. Talked with folks until the wee hours.

Did not have to change rooms--yea!

Reading later. Tiptree auction tonight. I also want to check out the Art Show.

Currently in the Club lounge, overlooking the Capitol and, this morning, the Farmers Market. Some demonstrators have entered the scene and are circling the Dome grounds along with all the shoppers. From this remove, it's like a scene from The Prisoner. With cheese.
