My Buffy DVDs arrived today. I watched two episodes from Season 4, the one where Spike returns to S-dale with Harmony and Something Blue, in which Willow casts a spell that doesn't quite work as she planned.

"Hush" definitely makes the Top Five Buffy Episodes Of All Time. The Gentlemen were excessively creepy, gliding along, gesturing extravagently with their rictus smiles. *shudder*

The Gentlemen rank with the top creepies I've seen in all my years of TV watching, right up there with the Fluke Man from the X-Files. I especially liked their helpers, the shambling things in the straitjackets. Whoever thought them up was hitting on all cylinders that day.
