It's high-speed, but it's slower than most dial-up I've had. Sometimes the downloads are so slow that the LJ formatting doesn't get through, leaving me with text and no graphics or images.
There;s something about it that doesn't agree with one of my email accounts, so none of those messages will download. Luckily, I can read them on a website.
What really irks me is that every time I try to open a newspaper or a search engine, I get diverted to this service's portal--they would apparently prefer that I view their ads instead of the Chicago TRibune's or NYT's ads.
