Sounds like we have a similar approach. Lots of blanks and I'll fix it later, honest!

I try not to leave blanks--they bother me. They need to be filled. So I use the almost-word, or the wrong word, and tag the thing with a Comment to remind me to go back and fix.

Sometimes, I even wind up keeping some things--they don't look as bad the second time through. But that first pass at putting everything down...sometimes it all looks bad.
