It was about 6" of powder...except at the end of the driveway, where the snowplows had turned it into a foot of hardpack.

But, just finished. 2 hours, but the driveway and idewalks are clear.

Of course, it started snowing again just as I finished. But we're expecting 1-3" of lake effect. I'm hoping it's closer to 1 than 3.

I have an 85' driveway that broadens at the top to the wideth of the 2.5 car garage. I think the former owner had a boat and needed the room.

I figure I don't have to run tonight.

Good news--the ski pants that used to be so tight in the waist that I could barely bend are now quite comfortable.

Now I need to dose puppy meds, then get to work.

I'm working from home today. Got Kuro out of garage and started out. The main road was a mess thanks to a burst of lake effect and the churn from the rush hour. 20 mph, and still slipping and sliding. When the SUV in the lane next to me almost slid into me, I figured hell with it.

It's supposed to be sunny by afternoon.

Only December 5th, and I'm already sick of Winter.
