For those of us who are members of SFBC and joined Jani's army late, (thus needing a 3-in-1) when will this be available for order?

BTW, my review of Endgame is up on my LJ.

This volume will be an Alternate Selection for November. The CI/Endgame volume will be int he Winter catalog, which I assume is after the first of the year.
