How do you turn off the commentary track on Buffy DVDs? When I watched them on the iBook, I used to have to stop the episode and remove the disc from the player, then reinsert it. Now with the TV hook-up, that doesn't work--when I remove the DVD and pop it back in, the play simply resumes at the place I left, still with the commentary. What's worse, there was commentary on the next episode, and that played as well.

Hmmm, I hadn't noticed that but you're right. If it's not the first one on the disc, try going to an episode before the commentary one and setting that one up, then go back to the original episode and see if it is commentary free. That worked for me. If that doesn't work, have you tried playing part of a different series or movie DVD and then going back to the Buffy one?

Found out how to turn it off over in my SFFNet group. The remote for the DVD player has an Audio button, which lets you cycle through the audio tracks. Commentary tracks are higher-numbered tracks--hit the button until you reach a lower-numbered track. I had to hit my button twice, once to get the Audio screen on the TV and once to turn off the commentary track. It worked.
