Date: 2007-06-08 07:48 am (UTC)Things I don't comprehend is why some local stores have Cabot's varying degrees of sharp, sharper, and exceedingly sharp cheddar, and the quite bland Monterey Jack, but no mild Cabot's cheddar. As a sign of multiculturalism, most of the Cabot's cheeses have both kosher (Tablet K) and halal certifications on them-but not e.g. the beer cheese (can't remember which brand of beer).
