Ok, so I can't export the damned thing, even when I switch to Safari w/ Tiger, which is supposed to work.

So through the wonders of download image/save as picture/rename, here it be. It ain't moving, but that's the way it goes:

I couldn't get the damned thing to give me the link URL, so I right-clicked on the animated image, went to Properties and then copied the URL from there. It appears to be working just fine.
