Had one of those mornings at the day job where it all went ziiiiippy and before I knew it, it was well after 11am and I got some lunch and stated clicking around online back and forth back and forth and I need to just stop and take a deep breath and slooooooooow dooooooown...

I took a walk to the onsite bank--temps in the 50s and a little too breezy, but sunny. Handel's Water Music playing on the iPod.

Ah, good idea. I would have suggested a walk outside, but wasn't sure what your weather might be like. ;-)

I went out and sat in a sheltered spot for a few minutes earlier and watched the mist fall for a bit. Very relaxing, very serene.
