The UK version differs from the US in that it contains more cocoa butter, and melts at a lower temp. Hence it cannot be easily shipped over here via mail. Hence we lose out unless kind souls remember to bring some back with them.
Creamier than the US version, and not as sweet.
There's a variety that contains bits of shortbread.
