I actually think I'm more the Understanding Outsider, but sort of remember all the record labels Peter Murphy has signed with over the years.

And I really like black.

You scored as Anything-Goes Goth. You are very open minded. You may or may not be devoted to your "Gothickry," but you aren't anal about it either way, and you are willing to explore the various niches of the gothic subculture.

http://www.echoingthesound.org/phpbbx/viewtopic.php?t=17860&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 This link is about as goth as it gets. Peter Murphy and Trent Reznor are doing radio shows together, the first one included Head Like a Hole (yes Peter sings it), Sanity Assassin (Trent and Peter) and Hurt (Peter). There are various links in the thread you can download it from if you so desire.

Are they now?

I recall reading about a dustup years ago when Peter was touring (solo) and NIN had just formed and had been signed to open for him and folks were saying that it was one of those cases where the opening act sandbagged the headliner. And now they're touring together again, only this time Bauhaus is supporting NIN.

Life is strange.

I see see/hear Peter singing HLAH. And Hurt.

Thanks for this link!

No problem. I got Monday and Tuesday off, and so spent part of the day checking out blogs of writers and editors (my own weird little habit; I find it encouraging) and listening to Peter belt out HLAH, when I happen upon a post about a goth poll. I felt a link was mandatory.

Heh. I listened to Bauhaus during my writing/lunchbreak, until I remembered that I can't write to Bauhaus...
