It's Friday!
And my mind is all over the place.
I'm lousy at describing writing process. All I will say is that moving characters through the scene and from one scene to the next, both physically and mentally--not always the easiest exercise. Luckily, I have some backstory for Jani to chew on and an injury for another character to take care of. The third character simply falls asleep.
Four chunky scenes to go.
I want to be sitting on a hillside beneath a tree, overlooking a river. Or on a dock, out over the water. A glass of wine, some dark chocolate, and several charged iBook batteries.
I want to finish this son of a bitch, OK?

By way of clarification, this is the novella (no longer a novelette, as we passed 17K words a while back). Still working on J5, and likely another short work.
This month is a little hectic...

Hectic here too... enough so that I've pushed my (self-imposed) WINTERGIRLS rewrite deadline from today to the end of the month.

So what am I doing? Futzing online...
Good luck with your Hectic.
