ksmith15 minutes a mile, but still. Bracketed by about 10 minutes of walking on either side.
Not sure when I'll try that again. The room got a little warm and my face turned pretty red. Thing is, my face has always turned pretty red. Since birth, my face has turned RED. Sometimes just my ears turned red. Other times, just one ear. I mean, really, I embarrass myself sometimes...at which point I turn red.
I felt pretty good afterwards, just all over a little tired. Cooled down. I'm still not in anything approximating good shape, so my heartrate took a little while to slow. But, two miles.
