...just finished watching the last two episodes of The Prisoner.

Granted, it had been decades since I last watched it, but I am shocked at how much I didn't remember.

As much as I like McGoohan, I was pretty underwhelmed overall. Maybe I need to think about it some more.

I haven't rewatched the end since it first aired when I was a teen, but I remembering wondering if they'd decided to just film without a script, and make sure to have lots of shots of The Latest Girl because that's what audiences wanted.

I think it tried to blend chalk and cheese to some extent. It started out as a fairly tight spy story, then wobbled into the individual vs community theme and the two didn't really mesh.

The Latest Girl. Yeah, especially in The Girl Who was Death episode.

But it was neat seeing all those cool 60s fashions. I'll given them that.
