Threw a few things into the hummus that I haven't in the past--turmeric, ground sumac--along with the usual cumin, coriander, tahini. Roasted red and jalapeño peppers and harissa for a little kick. Juice of half a lemon plus zest. Smoked salt. Best batch in ages, so I hope I can remember what I added and the proportions.
