Working. Stumbled over whether the "d" in cheese danish should be capitalized or not, and found this blog entry during my search.

Does it matter? Should it be "danish" or "Danish" ? It's in the book about five times. I'm almost tempted to make it an apple turnover and just forget about the issue altogether.

It's not as funny as the never to be forgotten "statuesque noses" post from cranky_editors, but it just struck me funny.

As for the danish, I will stick with a small "d".
