Undissipated skunk spray smells a lot like burning rubber tires.

I did not expect to have to google "dog skunk smell remove" at 230 in the morning.

Some people use Listerine. Others use a solution of 3% peroxide, baking soda, and dish soap. Both work to some extent.

Febreeze. Odor neutralizing candles. A nearby groomer with an available appointment.

It could have been worse.
