A buncha things make a post

Love three-day weekends. Got a lot done, though not as much as I needed to in certain areas. Tomorrow's Monday. Bah!
Tuscan roast chicken today, with lemon zest and juice, rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. Marinated overnight, then roasted today. It was supposed to be grilled, but I didn't want to mess with all that. Roasting worked fine. Between leftover chicken and meatloaf, my dinners are set for the week.
Why wasn't I born rich?
