Christmas Eve
Dec. 24th, 2008 09:03 amFor a half-hour or so, a classic snow fell. Big, fat flakes, falling straight down. It was beautiful. I'll think about the shoveling later.

jemck advised making it a movie/relaxation day, and that's about what the traffic can bear. It will be a Peter O'Toole mini-festival, The Lion in Winter and How to Steal a Million.. Everyone has heard of Lion, but HTSAM is a classic 60s Euro-caper flick, light, romantic, with Audrey Hepburn looking gorgeous and Peter O'Toole looking...gorgeous. I haven't seen it in years, and I hope it holds up--I saw the original Pink Panther last year, and confess to having been disappointed.
