I'm envisioning a pitch like, "Ever thought about writing a book someday? Don't bother! You'll make much more money if you enlarge your penis with our MIRACLE PRODUCT and go into porn!"

IIRC, the message contained one of those links to a page full of links. A general shopping page, with links sorted into different categories. "CDs" DVDs" Pretty lame, as spam goes. No offers of million$ or enhanced performance.
