Yes, they’re pretty good. But if you’ve ever roasted the hell out of Brussels sprouts, the outer leaves peel off and crisp up pretty much the same way. Taste is pretty close. And they’re more like chips/a little easier to handle.

Roasting sprouts do smell stronger, however.
