ksmithDid the treadmill tonight, and...*drumroll*...ran my first mile EVAH!
Ok, it was a stinky, piss-poor, 15-minute fast walk/slow jog. But it's my first full mile ever and I jogged the entire time and so there.
Bracketed it with 20 or so minutes of walking on either side.
Pleased.
