My Christmas centerpiece, behind the cut...


I took the photo in my office because the dining room lighting is just too dim.

It's a lot of dark red and dark green, and would probably need special lighting to show up well. The green in the vase is a little too much toward the olive, but if you use your imagination, you can pick up some darker olive in the leaves.

BTW, trolleypup, the Zoom concept worked. And now I know how the zoom works on this camera.

You can thank Ebisu...I figured the technique out when trying to take pictures of sushi that weren't all covered in glare.
