All I ever wanted

Had to get away.
I am officially On Vacation until the 19th...except for a brief foray into the office on Tuesday morning for a meeting that needs done. But, other than that, my time is mine...except for the eye doctor appointment and the dentist appointment and I should stick around if/when the landscapers come the first time and I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow. But other than that...who am I kidding? It's a writing week, and I have a metric buttload of words to produce. Warm weather toward the end of the week, which is when I will take breaks to work on the window what King broke and plant lettuce seeds.
I already know the week is going to fly. They always do.
My Jonathan Toews jersey arrived. Very light material. Don't ask me why I thought it would be more sweatshirt-like. It did finally dawn on me that if hockey jerseys were that heavy, the guys would be passing out from heat exhaustion given how hard they skate.
Anyway, the Hawks are on TV now vs the Avalanche, and I am wearing my jersey. Go Hawks! Don't play like you did the other day, when you almost blew a 6-1 lead.
