As I was walking up the stairs to the cube farm this morning, the backbrain dropped something really nice into the conscious side of the plot-forming machinery. If this goes anywhere, pbray gets some of the credit, because it was a conversation with her--in the WFC hotel bar, where else?--that triggered all this.

It was all the discussion about architecture and structure and the monsters they can contain. It's lunchtime now--well, a bit past that, actually, and I've been typing out the synopsis intro. I have the skellie of a plot for the first dark fantasy/whatever it is, and a little bit of the plot for a second book.

It would be Fun to write. It really would.
