It's alive!

After some ruminating about how best to consolidate my multiple modes of self-expression (SFFNet newsgroup, Yahoo! group, website journal, and LJ), I decided that combining LJ with the website journal made the most sense. I would post pretty much the same information on both anyway, and this way I can post the info with emoticons and avatars and comments. I confess that Live Journal was claiming the bulk of my time with all the pretty little options.

So here it is. Enjoy!

If I didn't already have a Xanga journal and five years' worth of regular journals archived, I'd probably do something like this. As that's not the case, I'll read your and enjoy it vicariously.

I think the site and the journal have meshed well. But as I said before, time will tell.
