ksmithLast day of vacation. Next is plain ol' weekend, followed by the ick of back to work.
If the salmon burgers fall apart during frying, call it Salmon Hash and be done with it. Very good with a green salad, spinach, and grocery-store grade Mouton Cadet Bordeaux.
Someday, I'm going to cook something without using every pot and pan I own. It takes me longer to do the cleaning up than it does to eat.
