The ultrasound showed some thickening of the stomach wall, so next came endoscopy with biopsies of various areas. Could be as simple as inflammation of unknown origin, or something not so simple. In the meantime, they're treating King with anti-nausea meds and stuff to line his stomach and antibiotics in case there's an infection. He's also getting IVs to keep him hydrated, seems perky and comfortable, and has been a model patient. Later this evening, they'll intro some food to see if the meds help him keep it down.
