Well, so much for that
Aug. 5th, 2005 11:17 pmI sometimes use iJournal on the iBook to post to LJ. I didn't want to log on while I composed a lengthy post about books I 'd been reading, so I typed up the post in iJournal, then connected online (the iBook is dial-up) and logged on to LJ...
...at which point iJournal dumped the entire post.
Oh well--too tired to rewrite the blasted thing. Maybe tomorrow.

Date: 2005-08-06 01:08 pm (UTC)I poked around the iJournal program in search of a way to send someone an email to tell them about this. The only thing I could find was a site called Debug, that I'd have to register for--frankly, I'm sick of having to register on every half-assed site I stumble over that may contain something I need to know.
It's times like these when you realize that the spiff, rather useful program you downloaded has been cobbled together by a couple of guys in their spare time, and who have yet had no time to build things like FAQ and Help pages. Or an easy-to-use contacts page.
Oh well. I use xJournal on the iMac, and like it a little better. I think I'm going to ask folks what they use to read LJ.
