In other news, Finally finished the chapter that I was going to finish come-hell-or-high-water two days ago. Some things needed to cure for a bit, and some things needed t be edited and badly. But it's ok now.

Did what I said I'd do and linked the remaining draft into One Long Chapter. Much will be cut, I think--once again, I didn't reuse as much first draft as I thought I might. But we're down to the last quarter of the book, and I will reuse some of this draft.

I need to snap myself out of this "Gee, I'm entering the homestretch--let's sit back and admire this for a while." Need to get the damned thing done.
