Yesterday's wordage

ksmithEven though my leave doesn't officially start until next week, I thought I'd start this week with the Big Push. My goal is 5 pages/1250 words a day. I will need to do better than that eventually, but we're going to start slow.
Yesterday's total was 1297 words. One dawdled and dicked about until after midnight, and thus technically did not meet one's promised output of 5 pages/1250 words. But one is still insisting one hit one's mark, and the hell with it.
And today I get to hit the reset button and start all over again.
